'Ondanks protest gaat er in Oostende momenteel een architecturaal
icoon tegen de grond: het stedelijk zwembad van Paul Felix. Zijn zoon en kleinzoon
- een architect en een illustrator - dompelen ons in zijn Oostends oeuvre
in baksteen en beton.'
Voor de Oostende-special van het magazine Sabato mocht ik gebouwen schetsen van mijn opa, de Oostendse architect Paul Felix. Mijn vader Marc Felix nam ons mee op sleeptouw en zorgde voor tekst en uitleg. Merci aan journalist Iris De Feijter en hoofdredactrice Veerle Helsen voor de bijzondere uitnodiging.

For the Ostend-special of the magazine Sabato, I was asked to sketch buildings by my grandfather, the Ostend architect Paul Felix.
